Priscilla Bartsch, LPC, RPT™
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and a Registered Play Therapist™ providing therapy for children, teens, and adults. My background spans school-based therapy, nonprofit work in domestic violence and sexual assault, and private practice supporting individuals and families.
Working with children and adolescents is one of my greatest passions. As a Registered Play Therapist trained in Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT), I meet children in their natural language — play! I utilize sandtray, art, and other expressive approaches to help them safely process emotions, build confidence, and develop healthy coping skills. I partner closely with caregivers throughout the process because lasting change happens when the whole family is supported.
With teens and adults, my focus shifts to helping clients build insight, develop practical tools, and move toward lives that feel more authentic. Whether you're navigating trauma, neurodivergence, a major life transition, relationship struggles, anxiety, or grief I aim to create a collaborative space where healing can unfold at your own pace.
I'm also trained in EMDR which I integrate thoughtfully alongside other evidenced-based approaches. EMDR can help clients process traumatic experiences and reduce the impact of distressing memories.
Outside the therapy room, I'm a wife and mom who loves reading, baking, spending time in nature, watching documentaries, and adventuring with my family. I've been a nerd my whole life loving fantasy and science fiction. It's not unusual for a Star Wars, MCU, or pop culture reference to find its way into a session.
My hope is that therapy becomes more than a place to manage symptoms. You deserve a place to feel empowered to understand your story, strengthen your relationships, and grow into the fullest version of yourself. Whether you're seeking support for yourself or your child, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
