Insurance

I accept Insurance and am currently in-network the following carriers:

My practice utilizes a third-party company, Headway for billing. You can check here for an estimate on how much your insurance would cover.

Private Pay

If you are uninsured or choose not to use your insurance benefits to pay for sessions, our self-pay rate is:

  • Intake Assessment: $175

  • Individual Therapy Session: $150

I can also provide superbills for you to submit to your insurance provider to seek reimbursement with your out-of-network benefits.

​​​No Surprises Act & Good Faith Estimate

Notice to clients and prospective clients:

Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. 

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. 

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment.  

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

Requesting Your Health Care Records

You have the right to request a copy of your mental health records. To request your records, please submit a written request to the practice directly. Requests may be made via email, secure client portal, or in writing. Records will be provided in accordance with Texas law and applicable privacy regulations. If you have questions about accessing your records, please contact our office for assistance.
